Guild Guidelines Empty
PostSubject: Guild Guidelines   Guild Guidelines Icon_minitimeThu Oct 23, 2008 5:00 am

As a guild, we need to have some guidelines that our members should live by. Nothing too strict and dictatorial, just some logical, straightforward things. We like to be a family/friend type of guild, so if u don't want to tie into our divine brother/sisterhood till the end of time, this might not be the right place for you. Wink
If you'll betray us then divine wrath will be upon you across all servers and you will basically be KS'd and PK'd till kingdom come (by more people than from Divinitas alone). Just so you know. Twisted Evil

Getting started

• The first thing that you should do when you get accepted into Divinitas is to make a new forum account right on this forum with a username that is the same or very similar to your in-game name to avoid any confusion.

• After that you are free to post in any section of our forum that you can post in. Please make your first post in the Welcome Section and you will be greeted by a friendly welcoming (we hope hehe). Please note that any racist or other extremely greaving/sexist remarks are not welcome. Unless your name is Marius/Deathflame (+999 chars) in which case you just don’t have to take him too seriously. But if something does offend you please feel free to PM the GL or a guild officer and we will have a word with the offender.

• Please feel free to post any questions that you have about the game in the appropriate section of this forum and if it is urgent ask the guild in-game (all questions are welcome, no matter how nooby you may feel they are).

• Please note that this game is for fun. But as a professional guild we expect our members to be active and committed. Long periods of inactivity can result in being kicked from the guild. We also prefer it if you would be so smart to visit this forum on a daily base, wherever possible. Not doing this frequently could also result in being kicked.

In-game rules

• We are a guild of divine friendship, honour, dignity, ambition and fun so act accordingly. Help each other out where and when you can. We're a team.

• Please keep the /g and /u in English. It is considered impolite to not to.

• VP feeding (this is when you are 4 or more lvls lower then a player and you keep PvP-ing them when they have the first attacker skull) is not done, if you start this without any legit reasons.

• We also prefer not to be known as a guild that always does killing sprees on low levels in for instance the first dungeons.

• Please note if you are having trouble with a player in-game and you feel you need assistance then do not hesitate to ask for it in guild chat.

• There will be NO botting, hacking, exploiting and/or cheating in this guild. If you are convicted of this, you shall be kicked in the hiny and from the guild.

Sieges/Guild vs Guild (GvG) battles

• This is an important part of a our guild, it is the intention to get at least a castle and keep it and get rich doing so, so therefor you are required to be attending every siege that we take part in (if you are unable to do so please let us know in advance on this forum or in the guild chat).

• GvG's are slightly (and only slightly) less important but if you do hear about an upcoming one then please attend it as our good reputation is on the line. Besides, it's fun and good practice for sieging as well.

• For battles you are required to connect to our GSC voice channel. While it is not required that you connect to it at other times it is preferred that you do, because it's a good way to get to know each other a little better, have some crazy fun and it's the easiest way to ask/respond to in-game questions.

Items and guild storage

• To get an item from guild storage you need to have been in our guild for at least 2 weeks and have contributed clearly to our guild. Certain items will require a lot of trust for them to be given out as they are very valuable. About great items (weapons, armor and we love all kinds of stones and ref pots, so please donate many of these Wink ): the guild storage is built by us all, you need to find a balance between selling these great drops for your needed gold and giving them to guild storage. Items that are in guild storage (in storage or out on loan) or made with guild money (please donate some gold every once in a while) remain property of the guild and therefor cannot be sold or taken. What you give is eventually what you will get back. Please note that if you leave us and steal our items, this betrayal will be punished as mentioned earlier.

• If you have an item that you want the guild to have or to “make” then you can ask the GL or one of the guild officers so we may discuss if it is worth the guilds money and stones.

Our organization:
Guild Leader: Paligap
Guild Officers: None at this moment
And all of our members are equally appreciated!

Enjoy our guild and have fun.
